If your Dashboard says 12 open RFIs, that’s 12 across every active job — not 12 on the job you had open last. To see one job’s numbers, open the job and read its Project Dashboard instead.Every card is a door
Don’t read the Dashboard and then go hunting through the menu. Click the number. It takes you to the list it was counting, with the filter already applied.Edit and Customise are different things
