The three states
Queued
Waiting its turn. Nothing has been imported yet.
Running
Importing now. Leave it alone.
Imported
Done. It shows as checked, and it’s read-only.
Why imported projects are read-only
Because Procore is still the system of record for them. Read-only means you can see the data without two systems disagreeing about who owns it.Cancel Queue
Removes what’s still waiting. It doesn’t undo what’s already imported.Connect it

Start with one. Import it, look at what came across, then queue the rest.
