Do this on your phone

  • Take photos and attach them where they belong
  • Talk an RFI or a form entry in instead of typing — see Talking an RFI into existence

  • Get a signature from the GC before you leave the site — see Getting a signature
  • Pull up a sheet to check a dimension — see The sheet viewer

Do this at a desk

  • Build or change a form template — see Building a template
  • Set up roles and permissions — see Custom roles
  • Upload a plan set or a spec book
  • Import projects from Procore
  • Review and approve anything with money on it
Both work either way. This is about what’s comfortable, not what’s allowed. Nobody should be building a 20-field template on a phone in a truck.
