# Finding your job in the Projects list

> What Active, Pre-Bid and Public mean, and where the percent-complete number comes from.

## The status filters

## Where percent complete comes from

  Treat the percentage as a planning number, not a pay application. Check it against your own schedule of values before anyone bills off it.

## Grid or list

Grid shows more at a glance and is easier on a phone. List fits more rows and is easier to scan by project number. It's a personal preference and you can switch any time.
