# The Project Dashboard and the module tiles

> What each tile counter is counting, and how to correct Project Info after the job is already running.

<Note>
  **The short version.** Each tile is a module, and the small print under it is a live count of what's inside. The counts are for this job only.

## Reading the tile counters

The counters are worth understanding, because they're not all counting the same kind of thing:

| Tile shows              | It means                                                                                       |
| ----------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `0 folders / 25 sheets` | Folders are optional; sheets are not. You have 25 sheets and haven't grouped them.             |
| `1 submitted / 1 draft` | One finished record, and one somebody started and left. Drafts are invisible to everyone else. |

<Warning>
  A draft is not submitted. Nobody is notified, nobody is waiting on it, and it will sit there until the person who started it finishes it. When something "never came through," check for a draft first.

## Fixing Project Info after the fact

Got the owner wrong, or the address? Open **Project Info** from the project and edit it. It applies going forward.

## Coming soon on this screen
