# Signing in and working in Spanish

> How to log in, and where the language switch is. The whole app runs in English or Spanish, including voice.

<Note>
  **The short version.** DirtView runs fully in English or Spanish — the menus, the forms, and the voice features. You pick your own language, and it doesn't change anyone else's.

## Sign in

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open DirtView">
    Go to the DirtView web address your company gave you, or open the app on your phone.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the email you were invited with">
    Use the same email address your office used to invite you. A different address won't find your account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set your password the first time">
    Your invite email has a link to set your password. That link is only good for your account — don't forward it.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  **Never share a login.** Every action in DirtView is recorded against the person who did it — who wrote an RFI, who signed a ticket. A shared login makes that record worthless when you need it for a claim.

## Switch to Spanish

    Pick **Español**. The page reloads in Spanish.

<Tip>
  This is your setting alone. Your foreman can work in Spanish while the PM works in English, on the same job, on the same RFI.
