  Be blunt about this with your crews:

  * Hand annotations and field sketches on a scanned sheet
  * Anything illegible, skewed or photographed at an angle
  * A conflict between two sheets — that's a human judgement, and it's an [RFI](/approvals/write-an-rfi)
